Stefan Williams, 16, a Junior at Morgan County High School, will play the opening Allegro movement of Horn Concerto No.1, Op. 11 by Richard Strauss. In addition to his work with the Classic City Band, Stephan also performs with the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra.
